Dorsey Assists Alaska Corporations to Hold Annual Virtual and Hybrid Meetings The Alaska Legislature unanimously passed Senate Bill 24, on March 22, 2021, allowing corporate shareholder meetings and nonprofit member meetings to be held via remote communications.
